Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchase made through it. By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws that apply to you. If you are under the applicable age of majority, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Website use
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, or use the website to violate the rights of another person.
4. Product information
Reasonable care is taken to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, measurements and other information are accurate. However, minor variations may occur, including variations caused by screen settings or manufacturing processes. Products are subject to availability and information may be corrected or updated without notice.
5. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that the order has been received, but does not by itself confirm acceptance.
A contract is formed when an order is expressly accepted or dispatched, unless the order is declined or cancelled. An order may be declined or cancelled if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious error in the product information or price, payment cannot be verified, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, the amount paid for the cancelled products will be refunded using the original payment method, subject to applicable law.
6. Prices and payment
Prices, taxes, delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed before an order is completed. Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is dispatched unless another arrangement has been expressly agreed.
If an obvious pricing error is discovered after an order has been placed, the affected customer will be given the opportunity to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order for a refund.
7. Delivery
Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and delivery charges will be shown during checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery date has been expressly agreed.
Delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, severe weather, industrial action, public health events or interruptions to transport and communications. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
8. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Nothing in these terms affects any rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer cancellation, return, refund and remedy rights.
Any cancellation, return or refund process must follow the applicable refund or returns policy and any instructions provided at the time of purchase. Where the law provides a cancellation period for distance sales, that right may be subject to lawful exceptions.
A refund may be reduced where a product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and functioning, where applicable law permits.
9. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival or different from the product ordered, the customer should report the issue promptly and provide the relevant order details. The available remedy will be determined in accordance with applicable law and may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
10. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all content on the website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, software and other materials, is owned by or licensed to the website operator and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Content may be viewed and used for personal, non-commercial purposes only. It must not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
11. Customer content
If you submit a review, image, comment or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is lawful, accurate and not misleading. You grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display and distribute that content for operating and promoting the website, subject to applicable law.
Content may be removed if it is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, misleading, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.
12. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the applicable privacy policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that personal information may be collected and used as described in that policy.
13. Third-party services and links
The website may include links to third-party websites or rely on third-party services. Third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies. The website operator is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security or practices except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
14. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any mandatory consumer rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to losses that were reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was formed. Nothing in these terms affects rights or remedies that apply mandatorily under applicable law.
15. Events beyond reasonable control
Failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control will not constitute a breach of these terms while the event continues. Such events may include natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, public health emergencies, industrial disputes, transport interruptions and failures of suppliers or service providers.
16. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect when an order is placed will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law. Updates will not remove or reduce rights that have already accrued.
17. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the relevant jurisdiction. Where the customer is a consumer, the customer may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in the country or region where they live.
